Equality NoVa Announces Re-election and Election of New Board Leadership, Honors Service to Community

Arlington, VA — January 1, 2026 —

Equality NoVa, a long-standing nonprofit committed to strengthening and supporting the LGBTQ+ community in Northern Virginia, is proud to announce the re-election of returning directors and the election of new board members to its Board of Directors. Equality NoVa is a vibrant grassroots membership organization that works year-round to improve the quality of life, foster community engagement, and celebrate LGBTQ+ culture and visibility across the region.

The organization is delighted to introduce the new leadership team under the stewardship of President Christopher Concepcion, an Arlington resident who brings passion for community building and civic engagement to the role. Equality NoVa warmly congratulates each board member for their dedication to advancing the mission of inclusion, education, and support for LGBTQ+ individuals and allies.
